Our process
From ore to concentrate, step by step.
Every lot follows the same route, recorded and supervised at every stage, so value and traceability are clear from the start.
The value chain
Seven steps. One rule: every lot's value is visible and verifiable.
Step
From ore to concentrate
Reception
Step 01
Reception
The producer delivers the ore to our warehouse or authorized plant for collection.
Step 02
Weighing and sampling
Every lot is weighed and sampled in the presence of the supplier or their representative.
Step 03
Grade assay
An accredited laboratory determines the metal content of the lot.
Step 04
Advance payment
We give the producer an advance for freight and for the material, providing the liquidity to keep operating.
Step 05
Settlement
The final payment is calculated from the final grade, the weight and the international metal price.
Step 06
Supervision and processing
Our staff supervise the material 24 hours a day from reception. The accumulated ore is processed at a concentrator plant with a flotation circuit, where our specialists pursue maximum metallurgical recovery.
Step 07
Concentrate
The result is copper concentrate with silver and gold content, traded on the international market.
Supervision
24 hours from reception

What type of ore do you buy?
Copper ore with gold and silver content, from small and medium-scale producers in Apurímac and other regions of southern Peru.
What is the final product?
Copper concentrate with silver and gold content, produced at a concentrator plant with a flotation circuit and traded on the international market.
How is the grade of each lot determined?
Each lot is weighed and sampled in the presence of the supplier. An accredited laboratory then determines its metal content: copper (Cu %), gold (Au g/t) and silver (Ag oz/t).
How is the material supervised?
